Why "Community Garden--Wholistic Spiritual Formation and Soul Care"?

John 15:5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."

Remain...Abide in Christ...Bear Fruits...Body of Christ...Community...

Please check out the very first few blogs, titled: "Biblical Model of Jesus' Humanity" (based on the Gospel of Luke) Part 1 and 2 for the fundamental theology and purpose behind this blog.

Vineyard or Garden is not a static place, but a place filled with living and breathing organism, growing/dying/circle of life, and community living and working together: clearing/fertilizing/seeding/weeding/watering/harvesting fruits, seasons comes and go......just like garden of life.

God is the Master Gardener.  Jesus is the Vine and we are the branches.  In turn, we are called to be the gardeners, working side by side with the Master Gardener, other gardeners, harvesters, and workers, to clear the debris/fertilize the soil/plant seeds/pull weeds/water regularly /harvest the field.

I post here in hope that I and others can be united in our effort to grow, to be formed and transformed, and to serve alongside with our Master Gardner.
